  • Each user is granted free credits upon first use. These may be limited to daily or lifetime quotas.
  • Certain tools may consume more credits than others based on their complexity or server usage.
  • When free credits are exhausted, users may optionally purchase more credits or subscribe to a plan.
  • Subscription details, renewal, and cancellation are governed by third-party payment terms and our refund policy.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to:
    • Reverse-engineering or copying code or AI output structures
    • Attempting unauthorized access or disruption of infrastructure
    • Using bots, scripts, or crawlers to exploit services
    • Uploading prohibited, illegal, or harmful content

4. AI Tool Use and Limitations

  • Our platform offers AI-generated responses and conversions (e.g., PDF tools, resume builders).
  • AI output is provided as-is and should not be considered professional, legal, or financial advice.
  • We do not store or use user-inputted content beyond the processing period unless explicitly stated.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, tools, design, and branding are the intellectual property of iris Illuminations.
  • You may not replicate, redistribute, or resell access to the services or their output without permission.
  • You retain rights to the content you upload, and we do not claim ownership over it.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms.
  • Upon termination, all remaining credits or subscriptions may be voided without refund if the termination results from user violation.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with platforms like Google, GitHub, MongoDB, and AWS. We are not responsible for their actions or privacy practices. Please refer to their respective Terms and Privacy Policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

We offer services “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uptime, output quality, or performance of any AI tool. Use at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

iris Illuminations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
